Terms of Service

1. Products

Alzworks Digital sells digital products including templates, asset kits, dashboards, playbooks and editorial guides. Everything is delivered electronically as an instant download after a successful payment.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Prices are listed in the displayed currency and may be subject to local VAT or sales tax.

Prices can change at any time without notice; changes never affect orders that have already been completed. Your bank or card statement will show "ITG-ALZWORKS".

3. Delivery

Files are available immediately upon payment. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is accessible. If you cannot reach your files, contact support within forty-eight hours.

4. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final. For genuine access issues, email support@alzworks.digital and we will resolve it.

5. Licence

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and commercial use. You may:

• Use the asset in your own projects and in client deliverables
• Modify or adapt the asset to fit your needs

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence or share the original source files. For multi-seat or agency-wide licences, contact the studio first.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs and source files remain the intellectual property of ITG-ALZWORKS and are protected by applicable copyright law in the European Union.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". The studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of any product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the change.
